Auto field values generation for Azure DevOps
When mapping fields between airfocus and Azure DevOps, it can take some effort to create and maintain the same field value across both products.
Now, it is possible to auto-generate field values in airfocus, when syncing and auto-mapping a field from Azure DevOps.

Ability to improve titles of synchronised items from Intercom
Previously, the Intercom integration created items with names like Conversation with <email>, and these were not editable due to one-way mapping.
These titles were not descriptive of the conversation's content and were therefore difficult to contextualize at high-level.
We've therefore implemented the following (Intercom only, for now):
1. We made item names editable by introducing a new once-off mapping option. Any field with this setting on will be synchronised only once upon item creation, and then will be editable in airfocus. With once-off mapping in place, the integration will not override these changes on future syncs.
2. New option to enable AI-powered generation of item names based on the Intercom conversation's content. Available for teams with the AI add-on only.

App mode: A new display option in table views
We've introduced App mode, a new display option that provides greater flexibility in managing table views. This allows you to hide columns for fields used in the Priority Ratings app—previously fixed—while also unlocking new customization options for other apps.
Currently, the following options are available:
1. None : No special table view optimization. Full control over field display.
2. Priority Ratings*: Displays all fields used as criteria in the Priority Ratings app, along with scoring indicators.
3. Capacity Planning*: Optimized table view for planning resource allocation.

More control over information in shared views
We have added more options to share link settings to be able to display/hide a shared view's:
Filters
Display options (displaying more fields, adding a swimlane, and sorting)
Important: this is a nice way to clean up a share link and have viewers only focus on what is important. However, some information is still accessible, e.g. by opening an item and seeing a full list of fields.

  1. Go to the item description or comment where you want to insert the image or file.
  2. Drag and drop the file or image directly into place.
    1. Alternatively, type /image to insert an image or /file to insert a file, then select or drag and drop the image or file.
  3. The image or file will appear in your document at the cursor's location.
  4. To adjust the size of the image, drag the sides of the image.
