🔄 “Swimlanes” are now “groups”

 to better reflect what this feature does — visually organize items based on a field, like status, team, or parent item. This aligns airfocus with broader product tool conventions and clears the path for even more powerful grouping capabilities down the road.

Grouping has been promoted from a buried display setting to its own standalone configuration panel — just like filters and sorting. That means:

Currently, the only rich text field in airfocus is the description field. We want to explore options to enhance flexibility - either by enabling rich text formatting in custom simple text fields or introducing a new field type for longer-form rich text content.
