We have enhanced the experience of our Insights app by introducing a new feature that enables users to create insights directly from the description field. Now, all you need to do is highlight the text you want to create the insight from and select the item you wish to link to from the drop-down menu. It's that simple! 

We've also made it possible to filter results when linking an insight to an item, as well as transfer insights in bulk from one item to another.

The Gantt view visually represents a logical timeline of projects or tasks that are needed to successfully deliver an initiative or opportunity. This view works wonders in conjunction with the airfocus hierarchy, giving you even better insight into how your items are related.

Introducing our brand new Webhooks integration (Beta). Webhooks allow you to automatically send requests to other apps whenever a certain event occurs on the workspace for which the webhook is configured. Use webhooks to stay up-to-date with your work. airfocus workspaces now have a dedicated system field to assign status to your items.

 has standardized status categories with customizable statuses per category to suit your team’s workflows. Get alignment and a clear view of what needs to be started, what’s in progress, and what’s completed – without the struggle of manually configuring a custom field on every workspace.

Status provides a holistic view of item progress across hierarchy levels and workspaces. You can track the progress of parent items (e.g. Jira epic) based on how many of its child items (e.g. Jira stories) have been closed.

The idea is to implement a more base-level segregation of data inside the database to make it less likely that a programming error could lead to data leakage (e.g. Team A seeing data of Team B).
